By registering for or using TuitionPlus, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. This service is intended for use by educational institutes, coaching centers, and private tutors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. The software is licensed for use by a single institute per subscription.
Services are billed on a subscription basis (Annual Plans). Pricing is subject to change with prior notice. Failure to renew your subscription may result in loss of access to premium features, reverting your account to the Free Plan limits.
You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or exploit the platform for unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found involved in illegal or abusive activities.
Your student data belongs to you. TuitionPlus acts as a processor of this data. We do not sell or share your student data with third parties.
TuitionPlus is provided "as is". Excel In Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
